Sub-users let you give other people access to manage your server through the panel without sharing your account. You control exactly what each person can do.
Adding a Sub-User
1Open the Users Tab
Click Users in your server’s sidebar.
2Click Add User
Click New User at the top of the page.
3Enter Their Email
Type the email address of the person you want to add. They’ll need a Pexnode panel account with this email.
4Set Permissions
Choose what the sub-user can do by toggling permissions on or off.
5Save
Click Add User. The sub-user will see the server in their panel immediately.
Available Permissions
| Permission | Allows |
|---|---|
| Console | View and send commands in the console |
| Files | Access the file manager (read, write, upload, delete) |
| Backups | Create, restore, and delete backups |
| Databases | Create and manage databases |
| Schedules | Create and manage scheduled tasks |
| Users | Manage other sub-users |
| Startup | Modify startup parameters and server type |
| Settings | Change server name and description |
| Power | Start, stop, restart, and kill the server |
Tip: Give sub-users only the permissions they need. For example, a builder might only need Console and Files access.
Removing a Sub-User
To remove a sub-user, go to the Users tab, find their entry, and click the delete button. They’ll lose access immediately.
