Minecraft Bedrock Edition lets players on Windows 10/11, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android play together. This guide covers setting up and managing a Bedrock server on Pexnode.
Getting Started
When you purchase a Minecraft Bedrock server from Pexnode, the server is pre-configured and ready to play. The Startup Wizard will guide you through initial setup.
1Access Your Server
Log in to panel.pexnode.com and click on your Bedrock server.
2Complete the Wizard
The Startup Wizard will walk you through 5 steps: Welcome, Gameplay, World, Players, and Review.
3Start Playing
Share your server address (shown on the Dashboard or Network tab) with players.
Connecting from Consoles
Console players (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch) cannot directly connect to external servers through the game’s UI. To connect:
- Xbox/PlayStation — Use the “Friends” tab workaround with a LAN proxy, or use the BedrockConnect service
- Switch — Requires DNS-based workaround (change DNS to BedrockConnect servers)
- Mobile/PC — Can connect directly via the Servers tab in Minecraft
